MTS covers with connection hauls between St Pete Metro stations
MOSCOW, Feb 21 (PRIME) -- Major Russian mobile operator MTS is now available in the St. Petersburg Metro during runs between stations Sennaya Ploshchad and Nevsky Prospeckt, an operator spokesperson told PRIME on Friday.
“The company started building its own infrastructure in December 2019 in the metro, taking first the busiest line of St. Petersburg Metro, Moskovsko-Petrogradskaya (Blue) Line,” the spokesperson said.
The company does not disclose investment, which experts put at more than 1 billion rubles.
The approximate deadline for putting the network in operation is mid-2020.
